Booking and cancellation terms

CHILDREN over the age of 2 years are considered ADULTS. Children under the age of 2 years, stay for free, using the baby bed provided.

When making a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount for the stay will be requested by credit transfer or PayPal.

You may cancel this reservation without charge up to 14 days prior to your arrival and receive a full refund of your deposit. If, however, you cancel within 14 days prior to your arrival, you will lose your deposit: it will be retained in full and not refunded.

Balance, final cleaning and tourist tax

The balance of your stay, any extras that you might have purchased and the tourist tax will be requested on the day of your arrival.

As required by law, a tourist tax of 1.00 euro per overnight stay for adults up to a maximum of 7 nights must be paid. Children under the age of 18 are exempt.
Cleaning
DAILY cleaning and tidying up service is NOT included but if you’d like it, please ask for a quotation when you make your reservation. For each stay, towels are changed every 3 nights and bedding every 7 nights.
